Second Round of Shoe Box Swap Cards

Although a few days late, I thought you might like to see some more of the projects we did at
our last team meeting.

This card was created by Tammy Schrijvers. I love the scallop strips and the color combination! And the wild wasabi textured cardstock strip adds a nice touch to the card!

The last two were the ones I designed. The first one is just an altered binder clip that I picked up at an office supplies store. Super simple but dresses them up nicely. They are also great for holding a favorite photo! As you can tell from the two samples, I'm loving the Bali Breeze designer series paper color combination - Taken with Teal, Pumpkin Pie, Rose Red and Old Olive. I have gone through so much of those colors lately. It's funny how you go through stages where you use the same products over and over for a while and then you find new favorites! It's just one of the things I love about papercrafting - the trends are always changing. It never gets boring!

So thank you all who participated and I can't wait until our next one! If you would like to find out how you can become a member of our team and participate in future group events, email me and I'd be happy to share!

Until next time,
Sherry
