Occasions Mini Product Shares

Hope everyone had a fabulous Christmas! Ours was wonderful. We spent Christmas eve with Marcel's side of the family, Christmas day with mine and then had everyone over to our place for Boxing Day. It was a full three days! We are now enjoying some quiet family time, before we head back into school and soccer and our days are busy and full again!

Well you've heard about the new punch design and the release of Stampin' Up!'s clear mount stamps. Well you know that every new mini catalogue brings new designer series paper and embellishments and this one will not disappoint. Sometimes it's hard to decide what to purchase first or maybe you want it all. Well product shares are a great solution. They will give you a sampling of everything to try, then you can purchase a full package of the things you love.

Things to note:

• You can either order them by clicking the Paypal button below the desired share or you can send me an email with the desired product share as the subject heading and I'll be happy to contact you for a credit card number. Be sure to include your name, phone number and mailing address in the email.
• Product will be ordered as each share is filled but no earlier than January 5th. I will then separate, package and mail once the product has arrived.
• Shipping on all product shares, regardless of the share will be only $2! I will send you an email when they are put in the mail. If you are local and prefer to pick it up - simply request your share(s) by email and I will let you know when it is ready for pick up.

Love Layout & a Sneak Peek

I apologize todays layout is a day late. I spent the day cleaning and reconfiguring our rec room because we have some furniture being delivered today. Then went over to my parents place for dinner. It was a very busy day yesterday.

I'm very excited about the new couch and love seat we are getting today EXCEPT that we are having 35 family members over on Boxing Day and I'm a little concerned with that many people that something is going to get spilled on it. We were told that we will get a call from the company that takes care of the 'scotch guarding' but I think I may have to contact them and see if I can make arrangements to get them here before the 26th. Otherwise I am going to be paranoid the whole time.

Anyway, on to the real reason you are here - todays project. This layout uses the O from the Glittered Ho Ho Ho chipboard, as well as many new products that will be available beginning January 5th.
The designer series paper in the centre of the O is our Sending Love Specialty paper. This paper is gorgeous! Each sheet has a glittery design on one side. It also uses a little love note and glassine envelope. The love notes will be available in two sizes/shapes - this particular one is the Kisses. I can see myself using these lots for journaling on scrapbook pages and then tucking them in the glassine envelopes. The stamped image on the envelope is from a new set called Messages for Mom and lastly did you notice the corners?!

Ho Ho Ho Layout

Good morning! This is what we woke up to this morning. The trees look so beautiful and the weather is lovely. This is the winter I enjoy - not the minus 40! I'm so happy the kids are off school AND they actually slept in until 8 this morning. What a great start to the Christmas break.

Today's project is using the Glittered Ho Ho Ho chipboard from the Holiday Mini catalogue, which is only available until Jan. 4. I've made a few wall hangers using the smaller Ho Ho Ho's but wanted to come up with something to do with the bigger ones. Todays page is a photo of my daughter with Santa from a number of years ago! Very little stamping - actually only the Merry Christmas is stamped, the rest is all Big Shot or punches.

For the rest of the title I cut out the letters using the Alphabet Simple Big Shot die in brushed silver cardstock and white. Then I layered them slightly off centre to create a shadow look. I love how it makes them pop.

Surf's Up!

How are everyone's Christmas preparations coming along? After today, I'm feeling pretty good about it. Don't get me wrong - I've still got many things to get done but most of the Christmas cards, shopping and wrapping are done. I finished my last event for the year yesterday morning and spent the afternoon organizing and wrapping gifts. I feel much better now that I know what I've got and what still needs to be picked up - what a relief!

Today I thought I'd share the layout I created based on the sketch that was chosen for this month. These photos were taken at a beach in California when we went a year ago last May. They will be added to our family Disney Album that has 4 layouts done in it so far. I really need to get busy on that.

This weekend I will share a couple pages created using the Ho Ho Ho glittered chipboard from the holiday mini. Sundays page even uses some sneak peak items that will be available on January 5th so be sure to stop by.

Snow in Bermuda Bay

I just have a super quick post today. This card was inspired by a halloween card done in a similar fashion - if I remember correctly it said BOO and was done by Heather Summers (I think). I love these little treat cups - there are so many things you can put inside. This one is filled with artificial snow and blue and green chunky glitter for some sparkle.
