Playful Polka Dots Congratulations Card

Good morning!  I hope your week is starting off well.  I've got a quick post for you today, I have lots to get done today because a group of friends from junior high are getting together tonight for dinner.  It'll be great to catch up with everyone.

Last week I needed a couple congratulations cards - for a baby and a new house so I thought I would use the Perfect Polka Dots simply scrappin' kit since I haven't pulled it out in a while.  This card was inspired by one I saw on someone's blog but don't remember whose.  It came together really quickly which is what I was aiming for. 

Here's a photo of the inside.  I used the level 3 hostess set from last years catalogue for the greeting on the inside, added a few scraps of dsp and an embellishment just to pretty it up a bit.
