Hybrid & Traditional Scrapbook Layouts

This is the hybrid version of the My Digital studio layout I did the other day - posted here. The picture isn't great - I really need to figure out how to best photograph my layouts. By trimming the page and adding it to a piece of old olive cardstock, adding some chocolate ribbon along the bottom and then the brads beside the title and journaling - it adds a bit more color and takes away some of the white space. I'm happy with the way it turned out.

This is the 12x12 layout that I created based on the same sketch. I used the negative space from the Big Shot snowflake die to sponge a subtle background on my white cardstock.

The 'boyz' was cut using the big shot from our medium weight sheet protectors. To make them pop just a bit, I stamped on them using white staz on ink.

If you have any questions about the layout, just let me know. Be sure to stop by on Monday for the details on the Holiday Extravaganza (Nov. 23 to 30th)!

Thanks for stopping by!
