You Make the World A Better Place

Good morning!  I hope you had a great weekend.  Ours was very relaxing - we didn't really have anything planned apart from a volleyball practice and a stamp club.  Which is very little compared to our normal weekends.

Today's project is a fun one that I did with my clubs this week.  The base of the card is actually only 5-1/2"x5-1/2" and then scored at 4-1/4".  The little flap at the top is where it opens.  Here's a photo of the card open to show you what I mean.
I have seen this style of card with a rectangle on the front before but I really wanted to use the Starburst sayings and coordinating framelits so thought I would use circles instead.  I LOVE how it turned out.  And the colors are awesome - taken right from the Pretty Prints paper stack in the Celebrate the Everyday catalogue.

If you are interested in joining a stamp club and are in Canada, just let me know.  I have offer clubs both virtually and in person.  I'd love to have you join us!  Just send me an email and I'd be happy to fill you in on the details.

Have a creative day!

Supply List:
Things to Note:
  • The Decorative Dots embossing folder is an item that you can receive for free with a $60 purchase, but only until March 31st.
  • The bakers twine used in the sample is pool party, which is retired.
  • I strongly recommend the magnetic platform with the Starburst Sayings stamp set and coordinating framelits.  There are a lot of little edges to line up and the magnetic platform allows for easy alignment.
Table built using Product Table Builder by The Crafty Owl - Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.
