Hey Chick by Stampin' Up!

There are some seriously fun stamp sets as Sale-a-Bration options this year. The Hey, Chick stamp set being one of them. The images in this set just make me smile. I had my monthly card class this week and this adorable egg card was one of the cards we created. It was inspired by this card I found on Pinterest. I just made a few modifications to make it my own. I love the simplicity of it and it'll make a perfect card to give to one of my kids with a little note about how proud I am of them and who they are becoming!

The second card was a swap I received, created by Donna Powell. I love how she used the Hexagons Dynamic Folder (#143231) for the background. This gives the effect of chicken wire and coordinates beautifully with this stamp set! Love it!

And the last card for today was another swap I received by it had no name on it so I'm not sure who to give credit to. This messy haired rooster makes me smile - I love it. I wonder if the image was inspired from one of these beauties...

Or this Polish Frizzle Chicken
Who knew there were so many types of chickens and that they could be so cute! Inspiration really can come from anywhere!

Have a creative day!
